Amarenco acquires 100% of Énergie Développement

Amarenco acquires 100% of Énergie Développement, its long-standing joint venture with TotalEnergies Renouvelables France

With this transaction, Amarenco becomes the sole shareholder of this entity, which was established in 2017, and takes a further step forward in its development as a fully integrated European Independent Power Producer.

By taking full ownership of this multi-segment portfolio of solar assets, which is particularly well-established in the South-West, we are consolidating our position as an IPP and strengthening the predictability of our revenues.

This acquisition also marks the culmination of a successful partnership with TotalEnergies, Amarenco’s long-standing partner in the development of solar energy in France!

It is also a key step towards achieving our ambition: to reach, within 24 months, 1 TWh of annual generation, 1 GW of installed capacity and full structural financial independence.
